How To Register

Apply at reception, bringing your NHS medical card if you have one. You will be asked to complete a short questionnaire about your health and given an appointment for a health check with the practice nurse. In due course your medical records will be forwarded to us from your previous doctor.

While you are registered with the practice we will keep any existing paper records securely. All new information will be recorded on a computerised system. Both will be kept in the strictest confidence and in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
