As a dispensing practice we are generally able to supply you with your prescribed medicines directly from the practice dispensary, provided you live at least one mile from the nearest dispensing chemist.

Repeat Prescriptions
You can request a repeat prescription in any of 4 ways:

1.  By calling at the surgery in person

2.  By telephone - 01604 899800
     12.30 - 2pm Monday to Friday, expect Bank Holidays

3.  By fax  - 01604 890143

4.  By email - repeats@gp-K83068.nhs.uk

Please have ready your full name, date of birth, home address, name and strength of the medication required.

Repeat presecriptions will NOT be taken at any other time.

Please use the tear-off strip from your previous prescription indicating clearly which items you require and allow 2 working days from the time we receive the request.

If there is a reminder on the re-order slip asking you to make an appointment for a medication review please do so before your next prescription is due, with either a doctor or nurse as appropriate.

Please do not make an appointment solely for a repeat prescription unless your medication is due for review.

Reminder: when you are travelling away from home remember to take details of your medication with you and an adequate supply for your trip.
